How to order?
The order process is quite easy. Just follow the 7 steps below and your order is done.
1) Add your items to the Shopping Cart by clicking the button.
2) Click on the 'Checkout' button in the Shopping Cart.
3) Optionally change the number of items by changing the Qty field.
4) Check the Total Order Amount and Shipping Costs.
5) Click on the 'Checkout' button on the Shopping Cart Overview page.
6) You can now either Create a new account or login to an already created account.
7) Choose your Payment and Delivery options, agree with our Conditions of Use and finish the order.
Bank Transfer payments will generate a confirmation e-mail with your order number, quantities ordered and order total including shipping and tax and instructions how to finish your order. Depending on Bank and country transferring money to us can take up to one week approximately.
Countries not part of the European Union need to use Creditcard/Paypal. (Paypal account NOT necessary!). This because normal bank payments outside the EU cost you and us a minimum of 10 euro per payment.
Prices
Prices listed on the site all include VAT (Value Added Tax) where appropriate. VAT is called BTW (Belasting Toegevoegde Waarde) in the Netherlands. Countries outside the EU do not need to pay VAT. For more information check here.
Regular Customer Discount
Our customers will receive a discount of up to 5% based on the products bought (excl. tax) in our shop for up to one year ago. The discount will be automatically calculated over the product price excl. tax by our software upon checkout. See below table:

Payments
As we try to keep things transparent and sell our products at the lowest price possible please read the following carefully: We accept IBAN Direct Bank Transfers from countries within the European Union. Banks charge you and us only a minimal fee for this and thus no extra charges apply to these payments.

Important Note: Please check that the option 'SHARED' is enabled as this is the CHEAP EU Rate for both parties! Meaning only local costs are made for both accounts. As of the 1st January 2008 this should be default for all EU banks.

Paypal
We offer our customers the ability to pay by Paypal, but as we don't want to raise our prices just to offer "Free" Paypal payments we need to charge you a 3.5% Paypal Fee. If you live in Europe our advice is to choose the IBAN Bank Transfer option. It takes a little longer (about one week) but it saves you the 3.5% extra charge. As for non-European customers: We're sorry you need to use Paypal but do remember it is cheaper than wire-transferring money to us. Plus don't forget the benefit of buying Tax Free! Creditcard Payments
We accept creditcard payments through Paypal. Paypal accepts credit card payments without any need for a Paypal account. Choose Paypal as Payment Option during the Checkout phase and when redirected to the Paypal site tick the box you do not have a Paypal account and wish to pay by creditcard.
Warranty and returns
You have a period of 7 days after receiving your products in which you send back any (unopened) products AFTER notifying us. When the products have been returned to us your order amount will be credited to you within 30 days.
Please note the original shipping costs and the shipping costs to return the product(s) to us will ALWAYS be on your account and will NOT be credited! Meaning that if you bought €50,- worth of products and €10,- shipping costs and €10,- return costs we will only refund €50,- and not €60,- or €70,-. Any opened products cannot be returned and will NOT be credited.
If you send back a product to us be sure to include the original invoice with it. Packages which for whatever reason are NOT received by us will NOT be paid back, so be sure you send it to us with with a value added service like a Delivery Signature or at least Track & Trace enabled!

Shipping
Goods will be shipped by TNT Post. You can choose between Standard Shipping and Priority shipping. Because of the non trackable nature of Standard Shipping choosing this shipping option is for own risk. In other words: Are you willing to take a risk or will you go for a safer delivery method? We only guarantee money back on Priority packages. Also check the 'Lost Packages' section below. Dutch and European packages are Track & Traceable by default at www.tracktrace.nl. International packages outside the EU might be track and traceable and/or insured but this differs per country. Package rates are automatically calculated on checkout.
Delivery Times
After payment has arrived shipping will usually be done within 5 business days. We send out packages twice a week. On Tuesday and Thursday. International customers can check our Shipping Estimator which gives an indication of (official) shipping times as used by TNT Post. Our experience says this sometimes takes a lot longer than the mentioned shipping times. We therefore advice you to add 1 or 2 weeks to the Estimated Time of Arrival. Bad weather conditions and/or customs might also add a lot of time so take this into account when ordering.
Customs (Forbidden items + Import Tax)
Some countries do not allow the more adult oriented goods to be sent. We expect customer to abide by any (postal) laws from your country. DO NOT order goods which are not allowed in your country. We may contact you and ask some kind of verification of certain (postal) laws from your country in case we have any doubts certain goods from our store might possibly not be exported to your country. Furthermore be aware national customs might check the package and additional costs like import taxes must be paid.
Cancellations
You can cancel most orders at any time before sending us a payment. Just use our Contact Form and tell us. After sending a payment this becomes more difficult and largely depends if an item has been shipped already or not. When not receiving payment for a certain amount of time and no response on emails from our side we by default will cancel your order on the following terms:
- Bank Tranfers: After 15 days
- Paypal Orders: After 5 days
Lost packages
We'll be upfront with you. It isn't a nice procedure you and us have to go through when packages do get lost! And yes... they sadly DO sometimes get lost! First of all: Standard mail will receive NO cashback. This because packages were sent uninsured and cannot be track and traced. Priority Packages can receive cashback (excluding shipping costs) in case your package is lost. However: For us to get back (a portion) of the value of the package TNT Post will need to do a full investigation which can take up to 3(!) months after we file a written complaint form. This means you will have to wait about 3,5 months max. before TNT Post will return its official statement package is lost. If package is still not found after this period you will of course receive compensation for the products lost. The compensation is for the products price and not for the shipping costs. Shipping costs will NOT be compensated. Waiting for the investigation to finish takes a long time and we cannot do anything to speed it up other than hope the package does show up somewhere (preferably at your door of course). Don't forget to let us know if it did come in!
Product Inspection & Damaged goods
All resin and polystone statues we sell will be opened and inspected for damage before sending the item to customer. This means that if any damage to a statue is found this means this happened during transport to customer. If customer receives a damaged Package customer should refuse the package upon original delivery attempt. If customer decides to accept a damaged package any damage should be noted on the carrier delivery report. Please do not open or use any damaged product, do not discard the original box and packaging and notify us immediately!
Order changes
Although internet orders generate an automatic confirmation and response e-mail, Discountz remains the right to change its pricing, product description or specification during or after any order confirmation or response e-mail, but prior to shipment due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or unavailability, typographical errors, or any other reason.
We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order. We will not complete your order until we have your approval, so ALWAYS include a working e-mail address. We reserve the right to limit sales, including the right to prohibit sales to resellers, even after we have received and confirmed your order.
